Helmed by 29-year old female Chef Megan Logan, Nick Stef’s Steakhouse features one of the only dry aging rooms in Los Angeles.  Kicking off Meat 101 series, Chef Megan Logan shares the secrets of dry-aged vs. wet-aged beef.

Nick & Stef’s, named after Executive Chef and owner Chef Joachim Splichal’s two children, is a part of the Patina Group and has been voted “the best steakhouse” in downtown LA. Nick & Stef’s serves superb dry-aged steaks, fresh seafood and delicious signature side dishes. The chic, contemporary setting includes a stunning outdoor terrace for al fresco dining and after-work cocktails.

Meat 101  :  7:30pm – 8:30pm every other Thursday
