She has also served as the President of the Executive Board for The Sophisticates of ATSC (Assessment and Treatment Services Center), a non-profit guild raising donations for counseling services for at-risk children and families in the Orange County area and was honored with the highest acknowledgement for volunteerism, the Terry Olshevski award. Denice served five years on the Executive Board of Directors of The Sound of Music (SOM), a non-profit guild for The Orange County Performing Arts and is a 5-year member of The Center Stars, Orange County Performing Arts guild. When not on the air, Denice is President and CEO of Fladeboe Buick, GMC, Fladeboe Honda and Fladeboe Volkswagen and President of the Irvine Auto Center Dealers Association and continues in that position today. Denice began her business career at the young age of 14 by working at her father’s Lincoln Mercury dealership, moving through all departments and learning on the job. Denice attended the National Automobile Dealers Associations Dealer Academy in Virginia and completed their Successors graduate program.
