Denice Fladeboe… businesswoman, philanthropist, world traveler, wife, and mother always finds time for charitable causes in Orange County, California. Denice initiated charitable partnerships with her former company, Fladeboe Automotive Group and non-profit organizations such as the Association of Orange County Deputy Sheriffs (AOCDS) and their memorial fund as well as with Habitat for Humanity. She has also served as the President of the Executive Board for The Sophisticates of ATSC (Assessment and Treatment Services Center), a non-profit guild raising donations for counseling services for at-risk children and families in the Orange County area and was honored with the highest acknowledgement for volunteerism, the Terry Olshevski award. Denice served five years on the Executive Board of Directors of The Sound of Music (SOM), a non-profit guild for The Orange County Performing Arts and is a 5-year member of The Center Stars, Orange County Performing Arts guild. Also a longtime member of the Disney Diva’s.
Susan has cooked with Master Chef George McNeill, Ming Tsai, Todd English, Sherry Yard, and Rocco Dispirito, has taught for Sub Zero Wolf, Gelsons, Whole Foods, Chef’s Inc, Sur La Table, WPO, Bloomingdales, Williams Sonoma, OC Fair, American Federation of Teachers, LAUSD Nutrition in the Schools program, Laguna Culinary Arts, Saddleback College, Laguna Beach Pageant of the Masters Gala, Anaheim Dux in Tux Gala, and numerous other programs and events.
A 9-time published author, Chef Susan is the creator of The Bikini Chef® brand and driving force behind the recipes and content. Her education and experience help others obtain their healthy lifestyle goals by focusing on long term change through The Bikini Chef® approved foods and meals such as fresh, wholesome fruits, vegetables, and meats prepared in a metabolic promoting style with delicious flavor.
Susan gained inspiration from her mother, a culinary arts and nutrition major. “My college foundation was journalism but my mom’s cooking stuck with me,” shares Susan. Known as the friend who could make a healthy meal out of anything, Susan has never been afraid to experiment in the kitchen. “Cooking was a way to relax, ” says Susan. “Then others asked me to teach them my flavorful bikini secrets and The Bikini Chef® was born.” Susan expanded her culinary knowledge Italy and France working with Master Chefs. As the creator of and primary how of the Bikini Llifestyles® show where they “Wine, Dine, and Workout”, Susan created the role of “Man on the Street” for guest star, Steve Valentine, who delightfully entertains with his humor, wit, and loving character as part of the Bikini Lifestyles® cast.
Valentine’s work reaches national exposure through alignments with prestigious New York marketing communications entities, such as Milton Samuels Advertising and Lou Hammond & Associates. Highlights of his career and milestones for clients include launch of Eva Mendez’s acting career, Design House 06: The Green Home, Design House 07: Design Lofts (both with Los Angeles Magazine), W Los Angeles Hotel opening (Designer Dayna Lee), promotion of “Planet L.A.” documentary for Warner Brothers KTLA Channel 5 Los Angeles, Hollywood Life magazine’s “Young Hollywood Home” at the Pacific Design Center, Annual Los Angeles Magazine The FOOD Event, Tables of Ten. Other clients include The Palm restaurants, Los Angeles magazine, Sofitel Los Angeles, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Taubman Properties Beverly Center Los Angeles, Luxehaus Home Furnishings. Valentine earned a BA degree in Business Administration from the University of Mississippi. He is a member of the Women in Film Honorary Board; serves on charity committees including Children’s Environmental Health Coalition, State of California Governor’s Office Media Task for the Mentoring Initiative and is a PRISM and INSIDE PR award winner.
